It is not necessary to hire many when you can do it with less. It will be a waste of money to pay a lot of personnel like 15 when their work can be done by 4 or 5. It is not exaggerating, it is real. You wouldn’t know if you need additional people in your team when you dont feel the hard part. Hire when you really need and dont even hire when you want it. When hiring someone, you should consider all aspects needed. Aside from their working skills and experience, you should be able look if they can easily adopt to certain environment and person. You should also give and see how they handle the things that they were tasked to do, you should able to evaluate his/her presence. Hiring somebody shouldnt only based from experience, passion should be one of it. Without passion, the tendency is the unwillingness of a certain person to do his/her job right. He/she should have the passion to achieve what is needed. He/she should be able to shift from one work to another since it is what most people do. They do a lot of multi-tasking. A programmer should be able understand what needs to be done and what is he doing. A programmer should not only codes but he should write eligibly codes.
When doing something, the team shouldn’t composed of different person who has different skills. It is much better to hire someone who can do multi-tasking since it is more efficient. When doing a project, it is much better to do it alone since there is no one to hinder. You can focus more when we are alone, we can focus on the things that needs to be done. It is not necessary to have meeting now and then, it eats our time. We can use that time to finish the things need to be done, so it is better to cut off the unecessary meetings. In a team, there should always be time for yourself to do your part and there is a time when you need help from others. But it is better if you can make it on your own, since it will be a success on your part. Motivation is needed to reach your goal, but your goal musn’t be that long enough. It should be achievable.
When doing software, a Web developer should not think riskily, they don’t be so overwhelmed that they have asked to do software. The team or a person who have asked to do software should be able to determine all the valuable facts at the beginning of the process. They should not act all the things that comes running through their mind. If they are able to start their project right, they will be determined and more overwhelmed with every step they finish while doing the software. It will be a big motivation, if you skip the unimportant detail and finish the important one because while running the software, they will understand more it. Decide clearly for what is important in making the project and also decide if your client will want the thing you have decided to part of it. When testing the finished software, dont test it in one place it is better to test it with different person.
