Whenever I go to mall, I always see these saleslady or salesman offering their product to those people who pass by their stalls. They always give sample of their products since it was new to the market or there has been a innovation in their product. With that, they give chance to the people to let them know what does their product taste or experience what can their products do. When this people find the item really interesting, they will buy and pay for it in return. The more people get satisfied with what the company can offer, it is the more pleasure it gives to the company since someone has taken seriously their products. It is also the same when on is signing up for a free trial software, it gives chance to the people to experience a glitch of the full product. Signing up should not exceed a minute or so, it should be easy and fast. People should feel no hassle when they are signing in. People should easily control their data and information in websites and it is a good way of building trust in their consumers. You should no trick your people that they should pay something when in fact it is free. Setup fees and termination fees should not be get to the consumers like some cell phone companies do. It will only scare the people to try the product. It will be good if they are not afraid of doing something in your website. You should also give them promos.

Having a functional specifications documents doesn’t show the real application, since it just explain your application. It only makes everyone in the process involved in the making of the application. It only shows the reader the details and think about future decisions. When there is not enough information, it will make it hard for them to make a decision when it should be not when they have it. When making a project having more than one page of paper will only make your code more complicated. It is better to have it in one page, so that information in the codes will be more organized also and it will not become too complicated. This way it is much faster and easier to understand.
As much as possible dont include things that is unnecessary in the project, the more it is related the better. In documenting you dont have to put details by details, it is easier to understand in a story-telling way. In documenting it is not necessary to put words that is so flowery, it is better if it is user-friendly. You should use real worlds for your documentation. And also remember to have a unique theme for your product. Think of all the things that are really needed and make sure that it is unique from everyone else product.
